As-is, and actively changing
Aham.Fit is offered as-is and without warranty. The Android build on this site is signed with a development key for direct install, not a Play Store release key. Features may change or be removed, and data may be reset while the app is under active development.
Not medical advice
Aham.Fit is a food and activity log. It is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical, dietary or clinical advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates derived from public food-composition data and, for photo and text entries, from automated interpretation. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, and especially if you are pregnant, managing a health condition or have a history of disordered eating.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the accuracy of what you log. Do not share your password.
Aham.Fit Plus
Plus is a control layer over targets and macros. There is no billing in the current build, so Plus can be enabled from within the app at no charge. That arrangement will change when billing ships.
Food data
Food values come from named official tables, Open Food Facts (ODbL), and unmarked member shares. See the methodology. Neither source is guaranteed accurate or complete.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content.
