Aham.Fit is offered as-is and without warranty. The Android APK on this site may be signed for direct install. Features can change; we will not knowingly erase your diary without notice except for security, legal, or self-serve account deletion.
Not medical advice
Aham.Fit is a food and activity log. It is not a medical device and nothing in it is medical, dietary or clinical advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates derived from public food-composition data and, for photo, voice, text, and Coach, from automated interpretation grounded in your diary engines where possible. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions about your health, especially if you are pregnant, managing a health condition, or have a history of disordered eating.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the accuracy of what you log. Do not share your password. You may permanently delete your account and diary from the app (You → Delete account).
Aham.Fit Plus
Plus unlocks control over targets and macros, higher Coach soft-caps, and related features shown in-app. When self-serve checkout is configured, Plus may be purchased via Razorpay (India) at the price shown in the app; coupons or Control Center grants may also unlock Plus. Until checkout keys are live on the server, the app states that self-serve checkout is unavailable and Plus can still be granted by support.
Food data
Food values come from named official tables, Open Food Facts (ODbL), and unmarked member shares. See the methodology. Neither source is guaranteed accurate or complete.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse the service, and do not use it to store unlawful content. Do not use Coach to seek crisis planning, diagnosis, or crash diets — safety replies will refuse those requests.
